In a thrilling display of talent and determination, the Kansas City Chiefs secured their spot in the Super Bowl by defeating the Buffalo Bills in the AFC title game. As fans rejoiced and players celebrated on the field, two notable figures stood out among the crowd - Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
Travis Kelce, known for his exceptional skills as a tight end for the Chiefs, played a pivotal role in leading his team to victory. With his impressive catches and strategic plays, he proved to be an invaluable asset on the field. As confetti rained down upon him, Kelce's infectious smile was matched only by his jubilant dance moves. His passion for the game was evident as he embraced his teammates and reveled in their hard-fought triumph.
After the win, CBS showed Swift celebrating on the field alongside the team by planting a big kiss on Kelce and embracing him for multiple long hugs.
Swift rolled up to the stadium Sunday alongside bestie Brittany Mahomes wearing a red sweater, a black skirt and tights underneath a long black coat.
She was back in a suite, sitting with Cara Delevingne and Keleigh Teller.
The Chiefs, who have now made the Super Bowl in four of the last five seasons, are seeking to become the first back-to-back Super Bowl champions since the 2003-04 New England Patriots.
Swift was seen watching and cheering on Kelce at the AFC Championship game Sunday. It was a good game for her boyfriend, as he scored a touchdown and passed Jerry Rice for the all-time NFL playoff receptions record.
Swift was shown early and often during the AFC title game. She could be seen cheering and jumping up and down from her suite with Kelce’s family and friends — and celebrity pals Cara Delevingne and Keleigh Teller — in the corner of the stadium after Kelce caught a 19-yard touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes midway through the first quarter.
Travis Kelce first broke his silence about Swift in late September during a "New Heights" episode. The Chiefs player said he'd been on the "rollercoaster of life" since Swift's first appearance at one of his games.
Their celebrations were plentiful, as Kelce finished with 11 catches for 116 yards, in the process breaking Jerry Rice’s record for the most receptions in postseason play.
In December, Swift finally spoke about their romance and clarified the timeline of the relationship. “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell … We started hanging out right after that,” she shared for her TIME Person of the Year cover story. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
