Ooredoo has announced the launch of a new and free service designed to help the hearing impaired stay connected, in co-operation with the Qatari Centre of Social Cultural for the Deaf. Ooredoo’s new service lets the hearing impaired share that they have difficulty hearing, giving callers the opportunity to send a message instead of completing the call.
