As many as 496 individuals donated blood at a camp organised by the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), as part of the India @75, 'Azaadi ka Amrith Mahotsav', (75 years Indian Independence celebrations) on August 13, with support from the Hamad Medical Corporation. With many spot registrations, the camp was successfully managed with a seamless process from point of registration to health check clearance, blood drawing, and issuance of appreciation certificate with a medal.
