It is medically advised for me to avoid the COVID vaccine, and any others, at the risk of my physical mobility. It gives me no pleasure to 1) say that, 2) live that, and 3) miss out on fully-vaxxed activities — hello, Dave Chapelle concert. As such, I continue to wear my mask, though much of the world has moved on, and they’ve let me know it in very unpleasant, dare I say ableist, ways.
