BROILER FIRE UPDATE: Cal Fire reported Friday that the Broiler Fire, which started near the Broiler Steak House in Redwood Valley Wednesday afternoon, was 100 percent contained at 80 acres. There were nine structures destroyed in the fire, three homes and six outbuildings. Two outbuildings were damaged. There were no injuries or fatalities, and the cause is still under investigation.
