Damascus, SANA-Philippines Embassy in Damascus thanked Syria for its efforts that helped bring back 22 women of its citizens rescued from human trafficking and the illegal employment after close cooperation with the competent authorities in Syria. The Philippines Embassy in Damascus said in a statement that in light of the significant , fruitful and sincere cooperation by the competent Syrian authorities, the 22 Filipino workers were brought back and they arrived in their country on  June 26th.
