تصاعدت التحذيرات من نفاد مخزون المازوت في المستشفيات في لبنان؛ ما يهدد المرضى، إثر تناقص المخزون الذي يستخدم لتشغيل مولدات الكهرباء.وأكدت نقابة أصحاب المستشفيات في بيان، أن «عدداً من المستشفيات قد استنفد المخزون الموجود لديه من مادة المازوت، وما تبقى لديه لا يكفي لتأمين حاجة الـ24 ساعة المقبلة».وناشدت النقابة المسؤولين المعنيين بضرورة تأمين هذه المادة للمستشفيات فوراً، منذرة من «أننا مقبلون على كارثة صحيّة مع عدم قدرة المستشفيات على تأمين التيار الكهربائي، علماً بأننا أفدنا أن الشركات الخاصة المستوردة ما زال لديها مخزون من هذه المادة».
