The winner of the 2021 Smith County Miss Teen Fairest of the Fair Pagent was Mia Cook, 1st Runner Up was Kali Underwood and 2nd Runner Up was Ashlyn Naylor.  Ashlyn Naylor received the Miss Congeniality Award.
