Damascus, SANA-  Cartoonist Raed Khalil has been chosen as the director of the fifth edition of the Artoonist International Festival in Iran and as an arbitrator for its competition which will last until next September. Head of the festival, the Iranian artist Daoud Yar Ahmedi, said that the Artoonist Festival committee comprises artists and designers in three sections; caricature, poster and photography, while the caricature committee includes artists from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Poland, China and Iran.
