By Mary Parker Draper, Extension Agent – Smith County Our Smith County Family and Community Education (FCE) Clubs had their annual Rally on April 24th.This year’s theme was “To New Beginnings.” Thanks to everyone who attended and helped prepare for this event. 57 members and guests came out and enjoyed the day. Our guest speakers for the day were Extension County Director Chris Hicks and 4-H Agent Katie Martin, who shared many of the impacts Barbara Vantrease made over her 26 years of service with UT Extension. Each club decorated their own table with their own beautiful and unique style. The Cultural Arts entries were lovely. A special thanks was extended to our great sponsors:
