Hyderabad: With more and more people falling victim to COVID-19 and relatives of the deceased not finding a place to keep the dead bodies over night, Hyderabad Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi has urged the Telangana government to extend the timings of crematoriums. Presently, they work from 7am to 6pm and some till 7pm. In a SOS to the senior minister K Taraka Rama Rao, Owaisi said that in view of larger number of bodies the timings of crematoriums should be extended beyond 7pm throughout the state.
