San Andreas, CA…On April 20, 2021, at approximately 1514 hours, Narciso F. Sanchez was driving his 1953 Chevy pickup northbound on SR-49 north of SR-12 approaching a Ford F150. Bryan D. Bowman was driving his Ford southbound on SR-49 north of SR-12, approaching the 1953 Chevy. Due to unknown reasons, Mr. Sanchez allowed his pickup to travel over the solid double yellow lines into the southbound lane, into the direct path of the F150.
