The Sultanate of Oman on Wednesday joined the Global Dryland Alliance, the international organization established in 2017 to find remedies to food insecurity consequences and negative environmental and economic impacts associated with climate change. Najib bin Yahya Al Beloushi, Ambassador of Oman to Qatar, signed the Convention permitting Oman to join the GDA.
