MoPH Tuesday reports 981 new Covid cases, 5 deaths ...Qatar

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Tuesday reported 981 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19). 731 of these are from community cases and 250 from travellers returning from abroad. The ministry also reported the deaths of 5 patients aged 38, 51, 69, 75 and 95, three of which had a history of chronic disease. All were receiving the necessary medical care. The MoPH also recorded 593 recoveries from the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 170,787.
