According to the MCSO, a deputy on patrol around 1:50 a.m. Friday reported seeing a vehicle “driving erratically” in a residential area, and caught up to the vehicle when it abruptly stopped on Arlington Drive near North Pine Street. After contacting the driver, identified as Mark A. Nielson, 33, of Nice, the deputy noted that the vehicle he was in, a gray Dodge Charger, had been reported stolen out of Lake County.
