Patna: A robber in Bihar used the money he stole from a bank to pay for his daughter’s wedding, police said on Monday. A gang of eight robbers raided a government bank in Nawada district on March 4 and robbed Rs1.4 million at gun-point. Subsequently, they divided the looted cash among themselves. The police have now arrested all the robbers but are yet to recover the stolen money. An investigation by the police has now found that one of the robbers used the looted cash to pay for a bike and gold jewellery as dowry for his daughter’s wedding. “After the robbery, the accused distributed the money among themselves.
