Ms. Radhika Moreland On February 17, 2021 Sgt. Junior Fields stopped a white 2006 Toyota Scion after observing the vehicle had a passenger tail light out and that the driver had made an improper turn. Upon stopping the vehicle and speaking to the driver, Ms. Radhika Moreland,  Sgt. Fields noticed the odor of burnt marijuana at which time she was asked to step out of the vehicle.  When inquired if she had anything illegal, she produced 6 Diazepam Pills, 1.5 Suboxone pills, one Morphine pill, and a small baggie of crystal methamphetamine.
