The General Tax Authority (GTA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Commercial Bank and QIIB to facilitate the online payment methods between GTA and the banks for the convenience of taxpayers to assist them in paying taxes online using bank cards or direct transfer. The two MoUs were signed at the headquarters of the General Tax Authority in Doha. The agreements were signed between Ghanim Khalifa al-Attiyah, assistant president (Tax Affairs) GTA; Khalifa Nasser al-Rayes, Commercial Bank executive general manager (Government, Public Sector) and deputy head (Wholesale Banking), and Ali Hamad al-Mesaifri, chief, Human Resources and Administration, QIIB.
