Here’s how it performed in our testing.
I’m a big fan of power banks. I think they are one of the most useful accessories for any smartphone user. It’s been ages since I’ve seen an exciting new development in this area, so when I came across the UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank, I was instantly captivated by its CryoPulse liquid cooling technology and the cooling system display features. It’s not often that a portable charging accessory catches my attention simply because of something new it brings to the table. I’ve been lucky to spend some time testing the MagFlow Pro and seeing how well it fits into my daily routine.
About the UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh
The UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh is a portable charging solution designed to keep compatible smartphones powered throughout the day without requiring a traditional charging cable. Featuring a 10,000mAh battery capacity, the power bank combines magnetic wireless charging with a built-in USB-C cable, giving users multiple ways to recharge their devices. Its Qi2 25W wireless charging capability is designed to deliver faster magnetic charging with compatible devices, while wired output reaches up to 45W for additional versatility.
One of the most distinctive features is UGREEN’s CryoPulse liquid-cooling technology, which is designed to manage heat during wireless charging. Since heat can affect charging performance, this system aims to maintain more consistent temperatures while delivering power. The MagFlow Pro also includes an integrated digital display that provides convenient access to charging information and battery status. With its combination of magnetic attachment, active cooling, integrated cable, and high-capacity battery, the MagFlow Pro offers a feature-rich option for users who want portable charging flexibility without carrying several separate accessories.

User Experience
The UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh arrived in a UGREEN-branded box with a clear picture of the device on the front and several charging details printed on the back. Inside, the power bank was wrapped in protective film, with a separate interior carton containing the documentation and a storage pouch. I appreciated the inclusion of the pouch, especially since it provides a convenient way to protect the power bank when carrying it in a backpack or travel bag.
I’ve been very impressed with the power bank’s overall form factor and functionality. It has a practical design that makes it easy to carry and use, and I like having both magnetic wireless charging and an integrated USB-C cable available. However, I did discover one minor durability concern fairly quickly. The display associated with the liquid-cooling system seems particularly susceptible to scratches. After tossing the power bank into a backpack and taking it back out, I noticed a couple of small scratches on the screen. I wasn’t expecting it to show signs of wear so easily, so I would recommend taking a little extra care when storing it with other accessories.
Another thing I noticed during testing was a hum coming from the power bank. I could hear it while the MagFlow Pro was wirelessly charging my iPhone, although I had to hold the unit close to my ear to hear it clearly. The sound was considerably louder when I had the power bank plugged into a wall outlet and recharging its own battery. It wasn’t disruptive, but it was noticeable, particularly in a quiet room. Given the power bank’s active liquid-cooling system, the noise may be associated with its cooling components. It’s something to keep in mind if you prefer completely silent charging accessories.
Charging Performance
I conducted two separate charging tests using an iPhone 18 Pro to see how the MagFlow Pro performed with both wireless and wired charging. For the wireless test, I started with the iPhone’s battery at 32%. I wanted to begin well below 50% so I could get a better understanding of its charging performance without starting near a higher battery level where charging speeds might naturally slow down.
Test 1: Wireless Charging
Using the magnetic wireless charging feature, I allowed the iPhone 18 Pro to charge for 30 minutes. During that time, the phone’s battery increased from 32% to 57%, representing a 25-percentage-point gain. That works out to approximately 0.83 percentage points per minute.
I also monitored the power bank’s output during the test. The wattage hovered around 8W while the iPhone was charging wirelessly. The MagFlow Pro started with 82% battery remaining and dropped to 69% by the end of the 30-minute session.
The wireless charging experience was convenient, but I was somewhat surprised by the relatively modest output wattage. The iPhone 18 Pro supports MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging up to 25W, which means it is capable of taking advantage of the MagFlow Pro’s advertised wireless charging speed. However, I didn’t see anything close to 25W during my testing. While the phone gained a respectable 25 percentage points in half an hour, I would have liked to see a higher output reading from the power bank.
Test 2: Wired Charging
For the second test, I used the MagFlow Pro’s integrated USB-C cable to charge the same iPhone 18 Pro. I expected the wired connection to deliver a faster charging rate, and that was certainly the case initially.
During the first 10 minutes, the iPhone gained 21 percentage points, increasing its battery level at approximately 2.10 percentage points per minute. The power bank’s output started around 20.6W, and I observed it reach approximately 41W at one point. Considering the MagFlow Pro has a maximum wired output of 45W, that was encouraging.
After those first 10 minutes, however, the charging rate began to slow considerably. For the remainder of the test, the iPhone gained battery at approximately 0.85 percentage points per minute, and the power bank’s output eventually dropped to around 9W. By the time I finished, the MagFlow Pro’s battery had decreased from 69% to 49%.
The initial wired charging performance was considerably faster than wireless charging, which is what I would expect from a direct USB-C connection. The difference during the first 10 minutes was especially noticeable. However, the reduction in charging speed afterward was worth noting. Smartphone charging rates naturally fluctuate as battery levels increase and temperature management comes into play. Apple also uses a higher-powered 60W-capable adapter with specific fast-charging support for its published iPhone 18 Pro charging benchmarks, so the MagFlow Pro’s 45W maximum shouldn’t be expected to reproduce those exact results.
Recharging the Power Bank and Temperature
I also wanted to see how quickly the MagFlow Pro could recharge itself. Out of the box, the battery was at 27%. I connected it to a UGREEN 160W GaN Fast Charger and monitored its progress. When charging began, the input wattage was approximately 29.6W. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the power bank’s battery level had increased by 55 percentage points, bringing it to approximately 82%. That’s a good result and is consistent with the power bank’s approximately 30W maximum input capability.
Temperature was another area I paid attention to, particularly because UGREEN promotes the MagFlow Pro’s liquid-cooling technology as one of its primary features. After the 30-minute wireless charging test, I measured approximately 97-100°F on the charging surface. Following the wired charging test, the area around the display measured approximately 103°F.
Neither temperature seemed particularly concerning during my testing, and the power bank remained comfortable to handle. While these measurements provide a snapshot of how the device behaved during my charging sessions, they don’t establish how much of a temperature reduction the liquid-cooling system provides compared with a power bank without active cooling.
Conclusion
Overall, the UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh has been a pleasant accessory to use. I appreciate the convenience of its magnetic charging feature, the flexibility of the integrated USB-C cable, and the ability to monitor its battery and charging information. The wired charging performance was particularly impressive during the initial portion of my test. I would have liked to see more consistent wireless output, and the easily scratched display is something UGREEN could improve in a future revision. The audible hum is another minor consideration, particularly when recharging the power bank itself. Still, the combination of features makes this a versatile charging companion for everyday use.
