Roh’s market will hinge on how many big league clubs feel he has the tools to produce against higher-level pitching, though there’s some intrigue given how well Roh has hit in his home country.
Roh made his KBO debut in 2019 at age 18, and he’ll enter free agency in advance of his age-26 season. He put up decent numbers (particularly for a player of his young age) in his first four seasons, and then broke out as a star over his last four years of action. His career-best 32 homers in 2025 helped carry the Eagles to the Korean Series, and the 2026 season saw Roh play on South Korea’s World Baseball Classic team, and hit .283/.360/.505 with 29 homers over 571 PA for the Eagles.
