Dysert played Sean Cudahy on All My Children from 1980 to 1990, appearing in 79 episodes of the long-running ABC series. His portrayal of the character helped establish his place in the soap opera world.
According to his IMDb profile, Dysert also worked as a producer and director. Beyond acting, he pursued music, filmmaking, writing and teaching, and became an acting coach for recording artists in Nashville.
