There were 12 meets over the course of the weekend with each team racing in three meets during the two days. We are going to give a quick overview of each meet along with a few notable swims from all eight.

Championship Meet (Auburn vs Georgia Tech)

The final match of the meet, the Championship between Auburn and Georgia Tech, saw the Auburn Tigers emerge victorious, scoring 462 points to edge out Georgia Tech’s 324 points.

Auburn junior Lora Komoroczy opened the meet with a big win and massive swim in the women’s 100 backstroke, touching in 51.74. This was only half-a-second off her best of 51.21 and will move her up to 9th in the country this season.

In the very next women’s event Auburn freshman Zetta Grace Bartee picked up another lifetime best in the women’s 200 fly, stopping the clock in 1:55.63. This took more than two seconds off the 1:57.54 she swam at the 3rd CSL match and is more than three seconds faster than her pre-college best of 1:59.18. She will move up to 9th in the country this season.

Georgia Tech sophomore Berk Erturk won the very next event, the men’s 200 butterfly in 1:43.31, half-a-second off his best of 1:42.78 from the 2026 ACC Championships. This is the 8th fastest 200 fly in the country.

Auburn’s Zoey Zeller won the women’s 200 breaststroke in a lifetime best 2:08.45, taking two tenths off the 2:08.69 she swam in February of 2026 to become the 4th fastest performer so far this season.

Auburn had two women under 49 seconds in the 100 free with junior Isabella Ekk winning the event in 48.61 and sophomore Rosalie Reef finishing 2nd in 48.93. The Tigers also picked up 3rd with Isabel Iwasyk swimming 49.02. These were personal bests for both Ekk and Reef with Reef dipping under 49 for the first time in her career.

3rd Place Meet (South Carolina vs Kentucky)

The South Carolina Gamecocks came out on top to finish 3rd place overall by just three points, scoring 393 points to Kentucky’s 390.

One of the notable stories out of this meet was the return of Kentucky 5th year Levi Sandidge to competition after a court ruled he would regain eligibility yesterday afternoon as part of the Wells vs NCAA lawsuit. Sandidge raced three events in the 3rd place meet, finishing 3rd in the 200 fly (1:49.31), 4th in the 500 free (4:23.01), and 2nd in the 200 IM (1:48.99).

Tuufui went on to win the men’s 100 freestyle in 42.37, just off his lifetime best of 42.24 from the 2026 SEC Championships and the 7th fastest time in the country this season.

The South Carolina women swept the top three spots in the women’s 100 freestyle led by Kate Murray’s 49.47 for the win. This was just off her best of 49.00 from January of 2025.  Lilly Robertson swam 49.51 for 2nd, and Sofia Luper touched in 50.23 for 3rd.

5th Place Match (Minnesota vs Penn State)

In the 5th place match of the GT Dual Meet Tournament, Minnesota emerged victorious over Penn State, scoring 511 points to PSU’s 264.

They opened the meet strong with a win in the women’s 200 freestyle relay courtesy of Livi Wanner (22.10), Morgan Thomas (22.60), Paige Moreen (22.72), and Rachel Conley (23.01) swimming 1:30.43.

In the next event, Minnesota’s Kamdyn Periat swam 52.73 to win the women’s 100 backstroke finishing more than a second ahead of sophomore teammate Finnly Jollands‘ 54.08. This was a new season best for her.

The Penn State men, led by Tylor Kim (42.88) earned the top three spots in the men’s 100 freestyle with Rylan Anselm taking 2nd (44.42), and Toni Slavica taking 3rd (44.59). Kim’s 42.88 was just a two tenth add from his lifetime best of 42.67, which he set at the 2026 Big Ten Championships.

Christensen has a lifetime best of 1:41.74, but that swim will move him up to 8th in the country this season.

Christensen also won the men’s 200 IM in 1:45.50, which was a little off his season best of 1:44.38 but was almost four seconds ahead of 2nd place finisher Clem Camacho, who swam 1:49.18 for 2nd.
