ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We’re working to learn more about a large Rochester police presence on East Broad Street on Friday.
Police blocked off a lane on the street, including a large section of the sidewalk near Stone Street.
Our photojournalist went to the scene around 4 p.m., he saw a section of East Broad Street closed off by police cars and crime tape. Additionally, our photojournalist said he saw an ambulance at the scene at one point.
