With the price of virtually everything going up these days, it’s hard for many of us to splurge on luxury items like concert tickets, theme park tickets, or impromptu weekend getaways. Personally, I haven’t been able to afford a concert ticket in years, not with all the surcharges! These days, I have to make do with fan cam videos on YouTube or if I’m lucky, my favorite bands will have a live theater experience of one or more of their concerts while they’re on tour.
Recently, BTS has had several of their concerts broadcast live in theaters for their fans to experience. Instead of paying hundreds for a ticket plus cost of parking and other incidentals, I can experience “Dynamite” and “Mic Drop” for around $30 at my favorite theater down the street from my house.
Now, Stray Kids, another of Korea’s Top 5 K-Pop bands will have their first live concert broadcast in theaters worldwide when they make a stop at the iconic Tokyo Dome for their “Run It” world tour in November.
