HAMLIN, N.Y. — A Hamlin man has pleaded guilty to having child pornography.
Peter Tonery pleaded guilty Thursday to possession of a sexual performance by a child.
State Police arrested Tonery in 2025. According to investigators, Tonery had more than 820,000 files of children engaged in sexually explicit acts.
Tonery is set to be sentenced in January.
