The 63-year-old actress took her followers behind the scenes of her workout class, mixing twerking and some serious exercise. Wearing neon leggings and a black sports bra, Williams showed off her toned physique while doing push-ups, planks, and an impressive headstand.

She continued, “If I wanted to drop a few pounds for any kind of event or red carpet, you cut out alcohol, you cut out sugar, you cut out carbs.”
She also recently revealed she stopped getting Botox and fillers and is determined to age gracefully. “I want to look like myself,” Williams shared with People. “I want people to know this face has lived. That’s kind of where I am at this point.”
