Travis Barker is sharing photos from his hospital bed, and it looks like he’s about to undergo a procedure.
Barker, 50, the legendary Blink-182 drummer, wore a blue hospital robe and surgical cap in the photo set he posted to his Instagram Stories. While he did not share why he’s in the hospital, the photos indicate that he’s about to undergo surgery. Joined by his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, and his daughter, Alabama Barker, the musician made it clear that he’s got plenty of support as he navigates his health issues.
“And my beautiful wife by my side ?,” Travis wrote in the first photo, which showed him kissing Kardashian as he lies in the hospital bed with a cuff around his arm.

In a second photo, Barker shared a photo of his 20-year-old daughter, Alabama, sitting beside him in the hospital room as she chatted on her phone. “My baby girl came with me ?,” Travis captioned an Instagram Story.

Barker is a Plane Crash Survivor
Barker’s visit to the hospital is likely stressful for the star, who has navigated diverse health issues over the years. In 2008, he survived a tragic plane crash in West Columbia, S.C., that killed four of the six people onboard. At the time, the musician said Alabama warned him.
“All the signs were there, where now, older me would just say, ‘I’m not going to get on the plane,’” he said on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, Entertainment Weekly reported.
“When I leave, and I say bye to Bama, she also calls it. She’s young at the time, she’s 3 or 4 years old, she’s bawling. She doesn’t usually do that,” Barker noted. “She’s like, ‘The roof is gonna come off! The roof’s gonna come off!’ I’m like, ‘What’s she talking about?’”
Barker’s recovery from the plane crash has been significant, requiring a tremendous amount of physical and psychological recovery in the years since, the New York Times reported earlier this year.
