Lighting can make a room feel completely different, and a small table lamp is one of my favorite ways to create a softer glow without changing much else. I’m especially drawn to cordless designs because I can move them around whenever I want a little extra light, without having to think about where the nearest outlet is. If a cordless lamp has been on your shopping list, I found an adorable one at Walmart for just $24 on clearance.
The Mehoom 12-Inch Cordless Rattan Table Lamp at Walmart caught my eye with its handwoven rattan-style shade woven from eco-friendly rope and gold metal base, which give it a warm, natural look. It’s currently marked down to $24 from $40, making it a budget-friendly pick for anyone looking to add a little extra light at home. At 12.4 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and 5.5 inches deep, it’s compact enough for a nightstand, side table, desk, or vanity. Shoppers called it “cute and practical,” with one reviewer saying it gave off the “perfect amount of light.”

Shop at WalmartThis rattan lamp has a rechargeable 1200mAh battery that provides from six to eight hours of runtime. The cordless design also gives you more flexibility in how you use it around the home. It can work as a kitchen lamp, a hallway light, or even a patio lamp when you’re spending time outdoors. The lamp has a three-hour charging time via USB, making it quick to recharge between uses.
The lighting can also be adjusted to suit different tasks and times of day. There are also three light settings to choose from, including a warm 2000K glow, a natural 4000K light, and a cool white 6000K setting. The touch controls make it simple to switch between them, and you can adjust the brightness with a long press to get the lighting just how you like it.
Walmart shoppers have praised the lamp for being both chic and practical. One called it the “cutest little lamp” and loved that it could be placed anywhere, while another praised its “unique” design and quality materials. A third shopper said the lamp created a “lovely” ambiance and admired how “beautiful” the rattan shade was.
