Season 5 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test brought together reality TV stars, athletes, actors and more — but not all contestants were up for the challenge.
More than a dozen recruits — including former politician George Santos, Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi and Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum Collin Gosselin — headed to Malaysia to try their hand at the demanding training exercises led by a team of ex-Special Forces operatives.
In the premiere episode, contestants were challenged with jumping out of a helicopter headfirst into the ocean before swimming back to the dock quickly. While several stars successfully completed the task, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Brandi Glanville faced an injury and was the first to exit the competition.
“I’m, like, so proud that I just didn’t give up, and I just didn’t want to be the first one out. Obviously no one really wants to be,” she later told Us. “I wanted to prove to my kids I could do it, but I had to go to the doctor. I was done. But I think that this still proves to the kids that I was kind of a badass.”
