ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man has pleaded guilty in a federal gun trafficking case.
Hassian Humphrey, 24, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit firearm offenses.
Federal prosecutors say between May 2022 and June 2025, Humphrey and others conspired to illegally sell firearms, including a ghost gun.
Court documents say Humphrey helped arrange sales and transported guns from north Carolina to Buffalo. Two of those guns were later recovered in Buffalo.
Humphrey faces up to five years in federal prison when sentenced.
Co-defendant Keishawn Turner, 25, of North Carolina, also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in the firearms business without a license, which also carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
Charges remain pending for the three other defendants in this case.
