A Perfect Circle, a supergroup fronted by Maynard James Keenan, delivered an exciting announcement to fans as they unveiled a new single and a headlining tour for 2027.
The alternative rock band is ending 2026 with the release of its second single, “To Whom It May Concern,” a standalone track following the lead single “Starless,” released on May 27, which marked their first new song since 2018.
In an Instagram post, A Perfect Circle shared a glimpse of the new music video, highlighting its striking artistic visuals and creative elements.
“‘Time has come to write a letter; To share some thoughts for worse for better’ ‘TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN’ out now,” the caption reads, featuring a line from the new song.

View this post on InstagramIn April, A Perfect Circle will kick off the 32-date run with a show in Canada, performing across major cities like Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Niagara Falls before heading to the U.S., covering the East Coast, West Coast, Midwest and South.
As for guest performances, Puscifer will support A Perfect Circle for their Canadian shows and in Detroit, while The Cult will take over as the supporting act beginning April 27 in Boston through the June 13 finale in Phoenix.
Before the 2027 North American tour, the supergroup will wrap up 2026 with shows in Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hawaii from November to December, with Puscifer and Dave Hill joining the band on the 2026 dates.
According to Howerdel, A Perfect Circle promises that beyond the new single and tour, there will be “more to come” for the band and fans.
“It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world,” he said, as cited by Louder. “And seeing Starless reach No. 1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter! The outpouring of support is so very much appreciated. To Whom It May Concern is next up! More to come.”
