ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Cloudy and cool start to the week with a stray shower possible but most of the day will be dry. Breeze off the lake once again but not as strong as it was over the weekend. Temps today stay in the low to mid 60s. We start to see some improvement Tuesday with clouds giving way to sunshine and then noticeably warmer weather arrives Wednesday and Thursday. Threat Tracker will be green with generally quiet weather into Thursday.
Temps may climb to near 80 degrees on Thursday with increasing clouds out ahead of a cold front. That frontal boundary will bring our next chance of widespread showers overnight Thursday into Friday. Much cooler weather will return as we head towards the weekend. Right now, for the weekend outlook, we are tracking nice weather Saturday for outdoor plans with a chance of showers moving in for Sunday.
