Master developer Emaar Properties has announced the launch of its new ultra-luxury, high-rise waterfront hospitality project – Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront. The project is taking shape in the heart of Dubai Harbour.
Set to open in 2027, the 182-key hotel will bring a new 5-star stay to Dubai Harbour. The new property will feature a 523sqm main pool deck with cabana seating, creating a relaxed setting for long days by the water, while 6-dining and lounge concepts will offer everything from all-day dining to poolside drinks and a club lounge experience, said a statement.
The location is part of the appeal. Guests will have the beach and waterfront on their doorstep, while Dubai Marina and the city’s wider collection of restaurants, shopping and entertainment remain close by, it added.
According to Emaar Properties, Address The Bay will offer a different side of Dubai: a stay where days can move easily between the beach, pool, dining and the city beyond. Its opening will add another luxury beachfront experience to a coastline that continues to evolve with new hotels, residences and lifestyle destinations.
The new hotel will be joined by Address Diriyah in Riyadh and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, bringing the Address experience to 3-distinctive destinations, from Dubai’s coastline to Saudi Arabia’s cultural heart and the beaches of the UAE’s northern emirate, the statement revealed.
In Riyadh, the Address Diriyah aims to bring the brand to Diriyah’s landmark heritage and cultural district, and will offer a 5-star city stay within one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant new destinations. Planned to open in 2028, the property will feature 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartment keys, with 6-dining concepts and a rooftop pool café. Beyond the rooms, the hotel will offer a spa, fitness facilities, meeting spaces and family-focused amenities, giving guests plenty to enjoy within the property as well as explore the destination around it, the developer outlined.
Its setting is particularly distinctive. Diriyah is bringing together Saudi heritage and culture with hotels, residences, restaurants, retail and experiences, creating a destination where history and contemporary hospitality sit side by side. Address Diriyah will give visitors the chance to stay within that experience rather than simply visit it, it stated.
The master developer also announced the Address Al Marjan Island, which aims to bring the Address brand to the coastline of Ras Al Khaimah.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the 196-key resort will be designed around its beachfront setting, with 3-swimming pools, including a 614sqm family pool, alongside dining venues and a 1,155sqm jetty lounge overlooking the water.
The resort will offer time by the water, wellness, dining and family experiences, and aims to create a relaxed setting for leisure stays. Its beachfront location will give guests the opportunity to experience a different side of the UAE, with plenty of space to unwind by the coast, the statement concluded.
