Eloise Pattison of Queensland, Australia has announced her verbal commitment to continue her academic and athletic career at Texas A&M University.
“I am so incredibly excited and honored to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Texas A&M University! I want to thank Coach Blaire, Coach Wes, and the entire coaching staff for giving me the opportunity to become a part of the Aggie Family, and Coach Tim for his continued guidance throughout this process. Lastly, I want to thank my family for always supporting my athletic dreams, even if it means moving 13,370 km away. Gig’Em”
Pattison swims for Somerville House and Churchie SC. She most recently competed at the Australian Age Championships in April where she was highlighted by a 5th place finish in the 50 free with a lifetime best 26.09. She also made the ‘A’ final in the 100 free with a 57.80.
Pattison’s Best LCM Times (With SCY Conversions) Are:
50 free: 26.09 (22.78) 100 free: 57.01 (49.91) 200 free: 2:08.45 (1:52.83)The Texas A&M women finished 9th out of 14 teams at the 2026 SEC Championships with 550 points. Ava Whitaker led the team with 47 individual points.
Based on her best converted times, Pattison would have been 4th on the roster this past season in the 50 free, giving her relay potential. She also would have been 3rd in the 100 free. It took a 22.59 in the 50 free and a 49.08 in the 100 free to final at 2026 SECs.
Pattison is the first public commitment for the women’s high school class of 2028 for Texas A&M.
