ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Friday, around 7:40 p.m., Rochester police officers responded to Rochester General Hospital for a reported walk-in stabbing.
When officers arrived, they reported that a 63-year-old Rochester woman was assaulted by an unknown number of people while walking on Lyell Avenue.
She received non-life-threatening injuries to her upper body, and police say it’s unknown what caused the injury. No one is in custody, police added.
