The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) on Sunday said they have partially opened the traffic junction known as Lulu Intersection on D-Ring Road to traffic, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic. By this opening, commuters from Jaber Bin Hayyan Street and Al Hurriya Street can reach D-Ring Road towards north on left, or towards Al Matar Street on right, Ashghal said in a press release.
