The eight-part teen drama, which launched on 10 September, follows the story of 16-year-old Teagan Tao (Miku Martineau), who is forced to relocate to the East Coast with her mother Ella (Mad Men's Jessica Paré) following a family scandal.
Of course, the boys' team doesn't really want her, and while she juggles their demands and her complicated home life, she also finds herself torn between two boys – arrogant team captain Josh (Sam Braun) and the quiet but driven Cam (Kyle Clark).

Martineau also teased what could happen between Teagan, Josh and Cam. "I think she's still going to be figuring it out. Who knows what could happen in season 2? A love square – is that even possible?"
"We’re going to have to wait to find out," Martineau said about whether Teagan decides to join the girls' boat. "She has such an attachment to the boys' team, but she's also in the pursuit of her own rowing career, and singles are her passion. It's going to be hard to decide."
