The dress was by Jenny Packham, one of Kate’s favorite designers.
The dress’s plunging V-neckline perfectly framed the dazzling necklace that Kate borrowed from the royal vaults.
The rarely-seen necklace is the Queen Mother’s Amethyst Sautoir Necklace, which features amethysts, diamonds, and pearls.
