Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Tuesday transferred four IPS officers across the state.
According to an official notification issued by the Home Department, Dr. Saravana Vivek M., currently SP of Brahmapur, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Bhubaneswar.
He will take charge against Jagmohan Meena, who is to be relieved.
Abhinav Sonkar, SP of Dhenkanal, has been transferred as SP, Brahmapur.
A.B. Silpa, Assistant SP at State Police HeadAdd Mediaquarters, has been posted as Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Baragada.
Mane Ajinkya Baburao, Additional SP of Paradeep, has been appointed as SP, Dhenkanal.
The transfers are effective immediately as per the official notification.
