GREECE, N.Y. — Greece Police say two 16 year old’s crashed a car that was stolen during an armed robbery in Rochester.
It started when an officer with GPD was patrolling the area of Dewey Avenue and Stone Road, when they say they saw a driver violating state traffic laws. Police say the driver didn’t stop, which initiated a chase.
Police say due to the actions of the driver, the chase was terminated. Later on, police say they learned the car had been stolen in Rochester during an armed robbery.
Officers started searching the area for the car and suspects, eventually finding them on Stone Road. According to police, the car crashed into an unoccupied business.
The suspects, two teens from Rochester, were found and turned over to the Rochester Police Department. Greece Police say they won’t be releasing any other details at this time.
