Methodology

The evaluation was based on three key evaluation pillars: Financial Performance, Reputation Analysis, and Online Engagement.

The second dimension, Reputation Analysis, evaluated how companies and their digital health solutions are publicly perceived. Using social listening techniques, the analysis captured sentiment, visibility, and perceived credibility by examining publicly available content, such as news coverage, blogs, forums, and social media activity. This dimension contributed 30% to the total score.

Once the data was collected and evaluated, it was incorporated into a weighted scoring model based on the three evaluation dimensions, with each dimension contributing to the final score according to its assigned weight.

1. AI & Data Analytics – Companies leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy, personalize treatment plans, streamline administrative processes, and derive insights from health-related data.

3. Health Information & Management – Providers of secure digital platforms for the storage, management, and exchange of electronic health records, as well as digital tools that enhance clinical workflows and optimize the delivery of healthcare services.

5. Prevention – Developers of digital applications that promote health and wellness, such as behavioral change apps, preventive health programs, and coaching solutions.

Furthermore, within this elite group, the performance indicator labels "Outstanding," "Very High," or "High" were assigned based on each company’s relative standing and pillar performance: "Outstanding" is awarded to companies whose overall performance falls within the top third of the featured companies and where at least two of the individual pillar scores are at least 85%. "Very High" is designated for companies whose overall performance falls within the middle third and where at least two of the individual pillar scores are at least 65%. "High" is awarded to companies that meet the list’s rigorous inclusion standards but do not meet the thresholds in the individual pillars.
