Bunkering and infrastructure modernization Offshore marine fueling operations experienced parallel surges. Bunkering services supplied 1.25 million tons of marine fuel (+65.3 percent) across 2,289 vessels (+83.6 percent).

Abbas Quay expansion: Dredging and quay development extending berth capacity to 670 meters with a 14-meter draft. Digital and utility upgrades: Complete overhaul of IT infrastructure, fire containment system, and power grids. Phase II construction: Works stand at 60 percent completion for primary civil infrastructure and 26 percent for new administrative logistics complexes.
