He is hoping that, since he never joined or signed with LSU, he is still able to play. He is also considering his legal options if he needs to explore that route as well.
Wright played for Kiffin at Ole Miss in his last two seasons and finished with 66 catches for 1,029 yards and nine touchdowns. One of his biggest catches was a fourth-down conversion last year against LSU that gave the Rebels the big win over the Tigers.
This is something that could still take a while, but Wright joining his former coach is officially off the table.
