Software firm Egnyte has announced specialised Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) focused capabilities, along with right-to-left (RTL) Arabic language support. The firm said these new features will be complemented by pre-built Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for AEC companies and AI Safeguards for granular control over how AI interacts with sensitive content.
Together, these new features will help Middle East enterprises connect and govern project information, turn trusted data into actionable intelligence, and secure their AI-powered workflows and processes, the firm said in a statement.
The firm explained that Project Hub provides AEC firms with a centralised environment for organising and managing project information throughout the project lifecycle.
It helps standardise project structures, automate project setup and lifecycle processes, manage access, and connect project information with existing industry technology platforms such as Procore and Autodesk, the statement explained.

In addition, the firm explained its AI Safeguards help prevent sensitive data from being included in AI-generated responses. Customers can manage which groups and users, file locations, and file properties are permitted to interact with AI. AI-generated responses are also tailored in accordance with the safeguards implemented by the company and users’ access to content, it stated.
The firm also said that its RTL language support for Arabic in the web interface provides users with a more native and intuitive platform, with mirrored navigation, proper handling of bidirectional text, and localised interface elements.
Knowledge workers who use Arabic can now navigate the system, manage files, share content, and collaborate in their preferred language without any workarounds or separate tools. RTL support extends Egnyte’s localisation capabilities, essential for platform adoption, especially in industries such as financial services, aviation, energy and more, the firm said.
