A services contract to provide comprehensive maintenance support for critical safety and control infrastructure at a major petrochemical facility in Saudi Arabia has been awarded to Intech.
The contract award strengthens the company’s position as a lifecycle partner for automation, safety and maintenance services in the energy sector.
According to a statement, the contract will cover the maintenance of PLC and SCADA systems, fire alarm control panels (FACP), fire and gas (F&G) systems, and associated instrumentation across 2-facility areas.
Intech said that it will deploy a dedicated on-site team comprising a supervisor, technicians and HSE officers throughout the contract period.
It added that its team will provide technical support, while ensuring maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
