The founder of lifestyle brand Goop, which once sold out scented candles claimed to replicate her, well, shall we say, nether regions, has expanded beyond eye-catching headlines to build a bona fide culinary brand.
Goop Kitchen already has more than a dozen locations, but none of them are dine-in establishments, as Paltrow said herself on Instagram to hype up her latest venture, “Finally, somewhere to eat Goop Kitchen that isn’t on your couch.”

Goop Kitchen will be located inside the upscale One Paseo shopping center within a few miles from the coast, soon to be home to the brand’s only location where diners can sit down and enjoy a meal.
According to One Paseo, the full-service eatery will be “led by a Michelin-experienced culinary team” with a menu “crafted to make you feel good.”
Slated to open August 31, 2026, don’t expect the usual suspects of high-fructose corn syrup and greasy burgers — Goop Kitchen takes its clean-eating ethos seriously. You won’t find any of the following in its dishes:
