“Well that song, it’s funny because I wrote it with three guys. I think it’s what the funniest parts of it.”

“I didn’t want people to think that this song was about trying to be someone else. It’s not about being another woman or looking at someone and thinking like, ‘God, I wish I had hair like that’ … But it really is about looking at yourself.”
Langley also gave examples of the everyday things she thought about while writing. She joked about wanting to make better choices, including drinking less wine and avoiding a hangover the next morning.
The quick process did not stop the song from becoming one of the most important releases from Langley’s Dandelion era.
Langley also admitted that the song has a special place in her own life. She said it is the only song she has danced to by herself in front of a mirror.
“The only one I’ve like danced to myself in the mirror.”
