The list of available electronic authorization services also includes transferring a dependent status of head of household; changing professions; transferring services; transferring information; extending visit visas; issuing and renewing passports; receiving passports; registering a "left and not returned" status; authorizing resident services; and checking previous passports. To issue an authorization, the national identity card or iqama must be a valid one. In addition, both parties must be free of violations in their record or financial restrictions, depending on the type of service being authorized.
