ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A male was in stable condition at Strong Memorial Hospital on Friday night after being found unresponsive on St. Paul Street near Norton Street. Police say he had lost consciousness after being struck by someone who remains at large.
Rochester Police responded to the scene at 7:55 p.m., and Rochester firefighters and ambulance personnel treated the person at the scene before he was taken to Strong.
The investigation is continuing, police say.
