CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — An 18-year-old is facing charges after Canandaigua Police say he had various sexually explicit videos involving children under the age of 16.
Luke Schaefer, of Canandaigua, is charged with use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance by a child, possessing a sexual performance by a child and disseminating indecent material to minors.
Police say they were advised of a violation of an order of protection complaint Thursday involving Schaefer. Investigators say Schaefer sent and received “numerous videos of a sexual nature from a child under the age of 16.”
Schaefer was brought to the Ontario County Jail. Police say future charges are pending.
